**Non-Northwest Power Pool members will be required to pay a registration fee of $100.00 USD per person. Please plan to make payment with cash or a check payable to the Northwest Power Pool at time of Meeting Check-In. Please note that the NWPP Corporation cannot accept debit/credit cards. Receipts will be provided upon request.
In order to accelerate check-in on the first day of the meeting, there will be a registration closing date of EOB Tuesday, October 16, 2018. In order to best accommodate all meeting participants, registration is required!
Meeting check-in will begin at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) in the foyer just inside the meeting room on the first day. The room will not be made available before this time.
The meeting will begin promptly at 1:00 p.m. so please plan for a timely registration check-in, especially if you are required to make payment. Thank you for your consideration.
A block of rooms is being held on a first come basis at the Courtyard Marriott. The room rate is $195 USD per night (plus tax and incidental charges) for a standard single / double guest room. To make your reserveations online:

Reservations for attendees must be received on or before Monday, October 1, 2018. The special rate will be available until the group block is sold-out, rate and availability cannot be guaranteed after this date.
Maps, Transportation, and Parking
On the evening of October 23rd a reception will be held at the hotel from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with hors d'oeuvres and a no-host bar.
On the morning of October 24th a catered breakfast will be held, with food and refreshments.
