NWPP Operating Committee
The mission of the NWPP Operating Committee is to foster coordination and communication among NW electric utilities in order to collectively achieve reliable operation of the Northwest Interconnected System in an economical manner.

PNCA Coordinating Group
The Coordinating Group administers the Pacific Northwest Coordination Agreement, a comprehensive plan for optimizing Columbia Basin hydro generation and system load carrying capability.

Transmission Planning Committee
The purpose of the Transmission Planning Committee is to provide a forum for coordination of engineering issues related to reliable planning of the Northwest transmission system. Membership is open to any Electric System or Electric System Organization or Commission as well as any other entity eligible for membership in the Northwest Regional Transmission Association. Entities other than Electric Systems and Electric Systems Organizations which would enhance the ability of the TPC to meet its objective may also become TPC Members with the majority approval of the other TPC Members. TPC Members need not join a Transmission Association of which the TPC may have a planning relationship.
On July 18, 2003 the TPC voted to broaden its scope of activities to include expansion planning at a broad conceptual level.
