The Transmission Coordination Work Group (TCWG) is a joint effort of Portland General Electric Co., Avista Corp, Idaho Power Co., PacifiCorp, Pacific Gas and Electric, TransCanada, Sea Breeze Pacific-RTS, and Bonneville Power Administration to coordinate development of transmission projects that are expected to interconnect at or (electrically) near the proposed Northeast Oregon (NEO) substation.

While Northwest Power Pool TPC membership does not directly sponsor this effort, most participants are TPC members. TCWG chose this website as a place to distribute materials related to this effort. Individual companies may also post materials on their respective OASIS pages.

Follow the "Publications" and "Meeting Notes" links above for access to documents presented at TCWG meetings. Some materials hosted at SharePoint at Idaho Power, which site is restricted to project sponsors and requires a user ID and password.
