The Northwest Power Pool corporation has secured a block of rooms for the night of the 22nd at the Embassy hotel. If you wish to utilize this corporate rate, please contact the event planner Harlan Tallman (details below) and he will add your name to the reservation list. This corporate rate will become unavailable come September 21st. A confirmation number can be provided by request. Upon check-in, the attendee will need to provide payment information as per usual. If you wish to secure a corporate rate for the night of the 21st as well, please contact Harlan Tallman as he will need to secure additional rooms for that night through the hotel. Act sooner than later, as rooms may be unavailable the closer to the event you wish to schedule.
The Embassy Suites will provide on-site parking for those who are lodging there, at a cost, otherwise there are pay-to-park parking lots within walking distance of the hotel. Public transit such as bus lines or MAX stations are also within walking distance, with a MAX line running straight from the Portland Airport to Downtown Portland. Services such as Uber and Lyft are available within the city as well.
