Registration: Please note that seating is limited, and attendence will be capped at 55 non-presenting participants. Registration will close on October 15th, 2019, by End of Business. There will be a registration fee for any non-presenting participant who does not belong to a business/company/child company of a member of the Northwest Power Pool organization. Hotel information: The Northwest Power Pool corporation has secured a company rate for a block of hotel rooms at the Embassy Suites. Availability is limited, and is first-come first-served. Please contact the event planner Harlan Tallman using the contact information listed at the end if you are interested in utilizing these rates for the night of October 21st or October 22nd.
Parking: The Embassy Suites will provide on-site parking for those who are lodging there, otherwise there are pay-to-park parking lots within walking distance of the hotel. Public transit such as bus lines or MAX stations are also within walking distance, with a MAX line running straight from the Portland Airport to Downtown Portland. Services such as Uber and Lyft are available within the city as well.
